5 years	IPV Given as combination vaccine with DTaP
5 years	DTaP Given as combination vaccine with IPV
10+ years	Meningococcal (Men B) (if local outbreak; absent or damaged spleen; complement deficiency)
11 years	Meningococcal ACWY
11 years	Tdap Then every 10 years
11-12 years	HPV (Gardasil) (2nd shot: 6-12 months after the first shot)
11-12 years	HPV (Gardasil) ( NOTE: May be given @ 9 - 11 y.o. at discretion of the Clinician)
15 years	HPV (Gardasil) (if started at 15 yrs, 3 doses- 2nd shot: 2 months after first shot)
15 years	HPV (Gardasil) (if started at 15 yrs, 3 doses- 3rd shot: 6 months after first shot)
16 years	Meningococcal ACWY
16-18 years	Meningococcal (Men B) (Ask us about frequency)
